Do not go to Lily Pad Florist if you have a floral emergency. Stacy does not do walk-ins, and especially not if you need something the same day. I walked in at 11am on the day I was supposed to get married at 2 at the courthouse, completely prepared for my request for a "to go bouquet" for my lovely bride to be understandably denied. And I was right. Stacy said she doesn't do walk-ins, and anyway, she was already pushing it for a funeral she was working the same day. I said I understood completely, but that didn't stop her from talking herself into it over the next five minutes. As a vendor patiently waited, Stacy went into his truck and picked a few flowers out, made them into a lovely bouquet over the next 15 minutes, and sent me on my way. My wife was very pleased, as our quick planning hadn't even made mention of a bouquet, and I ended up looking like a hero. But I repeat, do not go into Lily Pad Florist looking for excellent same-day service, because Stacy doesn't offer it. She also definitely didn't generously give me 50% off as a wedding gift and wish us all the happiness in the world. Didn't happen. Trust me.
